The 3/4ths neoprene gasket of the cover of the UTV roof seals with the top edge of the box, sealing out rain and snow from your hunting or work supplies. AS FAR AS THIS PRODUCT GOES IT IS NICE AND PUT TOGETHER WELL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT IT WAS ADVERTISED AS FITTING AN ARCTIC CAT PROWLER AND IN REALITY IT IS NOT. THE SIDE STRAPS WILL HOOK UP JUST FINE BUT THE VELCRO STRAPS WILL HAVE TO BE HEAVILY ADJUSTED (CUT) IN SOME WAY IN ORDER TO GET THEM TO FIT. IF YOUR CARRYING SOMETHING PRETTY LIGHT YOU CAN JUST USE THE SIDE STRAPS BUT ONCE JUST A LITTLE WEIGHT GETS IN THE ORGANIZER IT WILL BEGIN TO DROP AND DROOP UNLESS YOU FIND A WAY TO GET THE VELCRO STRAPS HOOKED.
