The black powder coat finish will guarantee that this rack lasts you years. The rack comes with perfectly fitted plastic caps to help keep water and other debris from getting inside and corroding the WorkStar rack. The caps maybe removed if you would like to add other extensions or have custom work done to it. The pickup truck rack supports measure 31.25 inches high and the feet of the rack are 13.75 inches long by 2.5 inches wide. The All steel construction makes this truck rack very sturdy and dependable. The Work star rack will hold a maximum of 500 evenly distributed pounds and only weighs a mere 45 pounds, which just shows you how tough this truck rack really is. The all powder coated black finish helps make this a masterpiece that will last your years. The kit to mount to your truck comes with 2 ladder uprights and the custom fit caps that keep debris and other unwanted waste out of the tubes as well as all the hardware to mount the rack to your truck. There will need to be some drilling to mount the kit to the top of the bed, this is a quick and easy task, you just drill 8 3/8 inch hole in to the top of your bed and mount the rack using the provided hardware.
