Customer Service is our top priority!

Paula G from San Francisco, CA wrote these words of praise to our Customer Service efforts! Here is what she said:

I just wanted you to know that I had a great experience with your customer service rep Jan today.  She really went out of her way to help me with info on my return of a canoe cover that turned out to be too small. (An earlier call to get authorization for return was also handled very well.) I had all the documentation about UPS return, so Jan was able to confirm the delivery receipt, but she actually went to the warehouse to find the package as I had not received a credit.  Even though she couldn’t find the package, she offered the credit and we proceed to talk about getting the next cover size up from the operation in Washington.  I was utter surprised and delighted when she offered me the ‘clearance ‘ version of the cover (a return that was right there in WI).  And then. . . an even more wonderful offer – she went to check the cover herself!  I cannot applaud Jan more for her outstanding customer service.  I hope you and the leadership of Discount Ramps are proud and grateful to have such a wonderful employee.  If it seems I am gushing a bit too much, it is just because my typical experience is just the opposite and such calls leave me exhausted after dealings.  Jan just lifted my day with our delightful ‘transaction’ – or what I appreciate as help from a real person.  Regardless of how the replacement cover works out, Jan and Discount Ramps have a fan – and I’ll recommend you to others.
