The measly feedback I was forced to leave did not adequately relay my feeling on the transactions. If they had allowed me the space here is what I had prepared to send:
My rating of this purchase is at the end of this posting because you need to read this. Never have I received such a quick and great response. When receiving confirmation of the winning bid and payment, I also got a persons name and number to contact if I had any questions. For me that is huge, in the age of facebook, texting, and tweets where, it seems, no one wants to actually speak to a real person…I was impressed. We received our pet stroller and literally it only took minutes to attach the wheels and we were ready to take our pet for his test ride spin around the block. Our cat, Fenix loves it and we couldn’t be happier. They get 10 stars! Can you give that many? I don’t know, but they deserve it. Great job Discount Ramps!
