BW-1000a Black Widow Motorcycle Table Lift
The summer the production crew of Batman: The Dark Knight was filming in Chicago – I received a phone call that they needed a motorcycle lift for the set. They sent up a truck , visited with me, and they purchased two BW-1000a Motorcycle Table Lifts to take back to Chicago. During their visit with me here, they talked about what they needed the lifts for – The Bat Pod (Batman’s motorcycle)! At the time they didn’t have a firm name on the title of the movie but they hinted they were leaning towards “Dark Knight”. I was one of the first people on the “outside” to know this! Needless to say – it is one of my favorite movies of all time, and Discount Ramps had a hand in it!
