He has applied his years of experience and combined it with truckers needs to come up with some of the industries highest quality commercial ramps for almost any commercial trailer including: step deck trailers, low boys, beaver tails, removable goose necks (RGN’s) and flat beds. Step deck trailers are definitely becoming the most popular trailer in the trucking industry and is also our specialty. Those are just some of the examples of trailers out there that are heavy duty ramps can be used with.

Just give us a call Toll Free at (888) 651-3431 and any one of our trained sales reps can help you. To order custom built ramps give us a call at (888) 651-3431 and we will go through a simply custom ramp form with you to get the necessary information to allow our Engineer to determine which loading ramp is best for your needs. Some examples of vehicles that you may need custom ramps for are Forklifts, Ditch witches, Pavers, Street sweepers, Back Hoes and other heavy equipment. Equipment with smaller wheels will require the ramp traction cleats to be closer together because of the concentrated load in a small area. The lower foot of the ramp may need to be a stub toe or knife cut foot depending on what type of equipment it is. Typically the knife cut ramps are used for loading forklifts, automobiles or other small wheeled equipment and a stub cut foot is recommended for heavy equipment like skid loaders, wheel loaders and commercial trucks because the ramp is reinforced at the foot allowing it to be used a different load height without curling up the bottom of the ramp.

There is also the possibility if your using steel tracked equipment to have the ramps rubber coated or you can put conveyer belt or other rubber over it so it does not tear the aluminum up. Our Heavy duty ramps are made out of T6 aluminum which is a grade of aircraft aluminum some of the strongest and purest out there. We here at Discount Ramps take a great deal of pride in the products that are made here and believe you wont be able to find a better product on the market today. We honor a one year warranty on all of our heavy duty ramps. You may be able to find ramps that are a little cheaper on the but please remember you get what you pay for don’t compare apples to oranges If there are any questions please feel free to give us a call at (888) 651 -3431 or (262) 338-3431 or you can visit us on the web.
