Heavy Duty Wheel Risers / Truck Service Ramps – Aluminum

Here at Discount Ramps we’ve been pretty busy adding on a lot of new products.  One of the products we have added is the WR-7K  — a heavy duty aluminum wheel riser. This truck wheel riser is constructed of heavy duty aluminum making it able to have a weight capacity of 7,000lbs maximum axle.  These truck service ramps have been designed with an extra wide  cross bar plate and the rungs have a serrated surface for non-slip traction. The dimensions for this aluminum wheel riser is 63 inches long by 16 inches wide and a lifting height of 10.5 inches.  The approximate weight of this pair is 64 lbs or 32 lbs each making them easy to store in a shop or even the back or your truck.

Also available is the WR-20K model. This wheel riser was constructed to handle up to 20,000 lbs per axle and weighs a little bit more than the WR-7K at 48 lbs each.  Both models are made in the USA and  can accommodate single wheels or dual wheels.  The WR-20K was designed to be slightly longer at 64 inches to work with lower clearance commercial vehicles.

New Zero Turn Lawn Mower Ramps – Load your tractor!

Discount Ramps recently added another lawn mower ramp system to the current lawn mower ramp product line.  These new zero-turn lawn mower ramps are available in two models. The first model is a tri-folding lawn mower loading ramp model number: LL62643.  This tri-fold lawn mower ramp is manufactured by Great Day and is the preferred setup for loading zero turn lawn mowers on to low clearance trailers.  The tri-fold ramp folds in to about a third of it’s unfolded length making storage and setup a breeze.

The second model is the pair of arched lawn mower ramps. The part number for this product from Great Day is model LL21643. This pair of ramps is a nice option for anyone that is looking for the best portability and width adjustment. Because of the ramps’ arched design it allows for the loading and unloading of many zero turn lawn mowers and tractors on or off of low clearance trailers. A few things worth mentioning about both ramp systems is that they both come with a 3,600lbs distributed weight capacity which means they are strong enough for almost any small to medium sized lawn mower, tractor, ATV, or UTV.
