New to Discount Ramps is the Black Diamond Drywall Lift. The drywall lift allows you to work with drywall sheets by letting you lift the drywall panel by yourself. This drywall hoist is able to be quickly assembled or disassembled since it breaks down into 3 pieces. The drywall panel lift is constructed of heavy duty steel and has a black powder coat finish. To operate the drywall lift, you use the attached 18″ winch wheel and handle. This winch wheel has a built in safety feature that allows it to be locked to prevent the lift from falling when in use. Another safety feature of the Black Diamond drywall lift is that the bottom of the lift has three 4″ lockable casters and a foot stop to prevent it from moving when the lift is being used. The cradle that holds the drywall is able to rotate 360 degrees and can be tilted 75 degrees to make loading the drywall easier. This cradle also has sides that can telescope out to 90 inches and 114 inches. This makes it possible to hold drywall sheets or other material that is 4 feet by 16 feet. The Black Diamond drywall hoist is able to lift a drywall panel up to 11 feet high and has a weight capacity of 150 lbs. This drywall panel lift also comes with a 1 year warranty.

Heavy Duty Curb Ramps

We have another new product here at Discount Ramps! The heavy duty curb ramps are made of high density rubber and have two different models: corner ramp and side ramp models. Each come in different sizes. These heavy duty curb ramps are able to hold up 30 tons and are designed to handle all weather conditions. To help the curb ramps handle the weather conditions better each curb ramp is created with ribbed threads for traction. The heavy duty curb ramp also has reflective triangles to increase the visibility of the curb ramp when it is being used. On each heavy duty curb ramp a hole has been punched to make it possible to permanently mount the curb ramp to a surface. Heat Trak – Heated Floor Mat

Discount Ramps recently updated our product pages for the Heat Trak Heated Floor Mats and the Heated Outdoor Stair Treads. Back in 2007 we did a blog entry about these heated floor mats that you can check out here.
The heated floor mats and rubber stair treads still provide the same great ability: that of melting 2 inches of snow an hour, as they could before. They also are able to maintain a constant temperature of 50*F and are UV Ray protected, just as before, to allow them to stay outside and not be damaged from the weather. What has changed is the products’ sizes; you will see that on the Rubber Stair Treads page we now carry a lot more of the 11 inch stair treads than we had before. You will also notice that we are carrying more sizes on the heated floor mats page. One size of the heated floor mats that is completely new is the 48 inch width rubber floor mats that come in 6 foot lengths. Another new thing about the heated floor mats is that model HCM24-3 has a carpet surface while the other floor mats have the non-slip rubber surface shown in the above picture. As before, these products are great for commercial or residential use for foot traffic because of the non-slip surface but are not built to handle the weight of a vehicle.
