Michelle from out customer service department received great feedback from one of our customers.  Check it out below!

“I received my new ramps today. I love them. Thank you for the prompt shipping and quality product… Paul”

Paul purchased our AF-9034-HD ramps to load his 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R into the back of his 2012 RAM1500 ST pick up truck.

The added benefit of these ramps is the different combinations that can be used. This makes them very versatile for all your toys in the garage.
Whether it’s your motorcycle, dirt bike, or ATV these ramps will suit many of your loading needs.

Thanks Paul for sharing your picture your AF-9034-HD ramps with DiscountRamps.com!

Here is a product review from Mel in our Web Development Department!

Mel’s trip with the RBX-3873 Cargo Roof Box!

In August DiscountRamps.Com got in a brand new product called the RBX-3873 Cargo Roof Box. I happened to have a trip planned up to Harshaw WI, approximately 247 miles north of Milwaukee near Rhinelander, to visit my wife’s grandmother who lives at her family’s lake house. My wife and I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano, and while it was a big bump up in storage capacity compared to our Toyota Camry, with a growing family space is definitely at a premium. I figured this would be a perfect opportunity to test out our new Roof Box and get some beautiful product shots for the website!

My Murano came equipped with the factory side rails but not cargo roof bars which would be needed to install the roof box. After looking through some of the cargo roof bars DiscountRamps.Com carries, I decided the RB-1004-49 Carbon Steel Roof Bars would do the trick and look good at the same time.

The night before our trip I installed the cargo bars and roof box and we were set. On this trip the roof box wouldn’t be used for luggage, but for four bushes that needed to be brought up north to be planted. Our luggage fit inside the vehicle just fine, and the bushes fit perfectly inside the roof box keeping the dirt out of our vehicle.

The four hour drive up was uneventful and I forgot the roof box was even up there. The next morning after our arrival I unloaded the bushes and cleaned out the little bit of dirt that had fallen off of the roots during the drive. Throughout the weekend I’d put stuff in the roof box that I didn’t necessarily have room for or want in the vehicle. The push button latch system works just as it should and keeps the box closed up tight even at freeway speeds. I really liked the gas hydraulic shocks that lift the lid once you open the latch. The box is the perfect size too. A weekends worth of camping gear and luggage would be no problem for the roof box. The rest of the weekend the roof box performed flawlessly and it looked pretty cool up there.

All-in-all I was very pleased with the ease of use, the look, and the quality of the roof box over the 3 days of use. The RBX-3873 Cargo Roof Box is a serious bargain at $299.99 compared to some of the other roof boxes on the market that can cost considerably more.

Thanks for sharing Mel!

Here is a submission by Kirk D in Sales!

OTravo 4004x Bicycle frame bag reviewed by Kirk

To date November-2011, the bag has over 2800 miles on it (as does this bike) for the year. The first one (bag) went south after a little over one year of hard rides and 100+ degree days. Not bad considering only the zipper failed! It was replaced under warranty and to date no problems have arisen.

* One must make note that I ride in all the seasons including winter. One year of riding this way is about equivalent to 3 years of normal wear and tear on the average commuter bike.

At 22 cubic inches, this pouch easily managed a spare set of glasses on one side and extra batteries for lights and my MP3 on the other. Mounting was simple thanks to the Velcro straps and held without indecent. During rain storms and other inclimate weather the interior remained dry, MP3 and battery back up ran clean.

Thanks for the great review Kirk!
