Your Discount Ramps.Com shipping department prides themselves in being able to ship orders within one business day of the order being placed. Our deep discounts with UPS and multiple freight companies are passed along to our customers to help reduce shipping costs. We strive for efficiency and accuracy of orders processed. On average we ship 2,300 packages a week with a 99.7% accuracy rate. This compared to 2009 when our average was 1,600 packages. Our success is attributed to organization with racking, allowing us to store more product in our main warehouse, dedicated staff and proper management supervision. As a department we have nine full time and two part time employees. We continue to find ways to improve packaging and efficiency while keeping the costs low to pass the savings along to our customers.

Discount Ramps.com New Navigation Structure and Website Changes

We are very pleased to announce that due to our customer feedback Discount Ramps has now made a full transition over to its upgraded and updated side navigation. The navigation has been the works for months and finally we were able to roll out a final design to the website. We are confident that this will help our customers and visitors find the products that they are looking for (and maybe a few that they didn’t even know we sold). We encourage our customers to take a gander at the new design and to get familiar with it, as this is the new design that we’re going to be using for a while. A few things to note about these changes is that there will be more coming down the road for the Discount Ramps site as we continue to grow and adapt to our customers needs. Stay tuned and check our website often for the latest changes! Below you will find a quick overview as to what we have done for you — our customers and visitors!
