Discount Ramps is now manufacturing 20,000 lb. load leveler combo ramps for step deck trailers. These 20″ ramps are the most versatile tool a trucker can buy for their 102″ wide step deck trailers. The load leveler ramps are constructed of all aluminum and have built in support bridges so they can all be used as load levelers with the stake pocket support stakes. This universal design allows you to purchase a 2 bunk bunk system and upgrade it to a 4 bunk system by simply purchasing stakes instead of new ramps. The 20,000 lb. load levelers are secured to the trailer with stakes that slide over the pin ends of the ramps and into your stake pockets. The ramps are secured to the trailer with ramp attaching brackets called skid seats. These are available in aluminum that can be bolted or welded to trailer or steel skid seats that must be welded to the trailer. We also offer a spacer for the 26″ drop decks.

We are pleased to offer new aluminum ramp storage brackets allowing the entire ramp system to be stored under the deck of the trailer and locked up so they do not find a new home.
