Discount Ramps is proud to bring to you the BW-08The Black Widow Front Motorcycle Stand — a high quality 14 pound front fork lifting device that quickly lifts a motorcycle’s front wheel off the ground for removal of the front wheel, brake work, storage, or other services you are doing to your motorcycle. You can use this bike stand at the track, workplace, or at home and it creates a safe and easy way to show off your bike. You have four different heights you can adjust your bike to depending on your use, and the evenly distributed weight setup provides maximum stability and safety during the bike’s stint on the stand. It’s optimal for saving space and helps with keeping your wheels from being flat spotted in off season storage. Assembly is completed in only six easy steps. If you feel uncomfortable lifting your bike alone you should have someone there to help you.
This race stand is made from heavy duty 1 and 1/4th inch diameter tubing. The front stand has two sets of tapered struts that fit into the holes on the bottom end of the motorcycle’s front forks; the struts come in different lengths, and both sides are fully adjustable in and out to fit almost any front fork width. The race stand lifts the front of your bike into the air using a “pin in the tree” system; you get five triple tree pins with the swing arm stand: 13mm, 16.5mm, 19mm, 22mm and 25mm. Having five interchangeable locking pins on the 10.5 inch top of the system allows many different motorcycles to be held in place with just a wing nut. For example, the tire area on the swing arm stand is a very wide 15 inches for you riders with wide wheels. The top, U-shaped part of the race stand pivots on a 180 degree point to also help make the stand universally fit many different bikes, as well as helping raise and lower the bike without any problems. To roll this stand around we have three rubberized castor wheels allowing you to maneuver the stand very easily and safely; it’s so easy that one person can do it. For additional mobility assistance, there is a nice 8 inch long handle made from 1.25 inch tubing with a sturdy rubber grip that makes lifting and moving your bike a simple task.If you open up the stand all the way it would be 30.5 inches tall, and from wheel-end to wheel-end it would be 17.5 inches wide. If you include the handle, the swing arm stand is 34 inches long making it pretty compact for doing such a big task.
The Black Widow Motorcycle Race Stand is perfectly designed for use at home, at the track, or for professional use. As with everything Discount Ramps sells, it comes with a one year manufacture’s warranty.

Discount Ramps recently added another motorcycle jack to our existing dirt bike motorcycle jack products. The new jack is called the RIDE-ON-MX-LIFT and it is specifically designed for allowing a dirtbike to be driven on to the jack thus allowing the rider to utilize their feet to quickly engage and lift the bike without the tedious setup that is typically associated with most other motorcycle jack systems. The RIDE-ON-MX-LIFT was definitely designed with the rider in mind as it is one of the best solutions for one person to get their dirt bike on a stand. Below you will find a short video clip of this motorcycle jack and how it is operated.
A few other important things about this motorcycle jack is that the jack itself is made of steel that has been painted/treated with a durable black powder coat finish. The top of this jack, where the dirt bike will rest, is equipped with an injection molded rubber pad surface to protect the steel and its powder coat finish from being damaged by the bike from years of lifting and jack usage. Below you will see a close-up image of the rubber surface.
Another feature of this motorcycle jack is the detention pin system that allows the lift to be locked in place for extra safety while allowing the handle mechanism to be detached thus allowing the jack to be less bulky and easier to store when not in immediate use. Below, you can see how the pin system works with the handle and the jack stand set in the locked position.
If you are interested in finding out more details about this motorcycle jack (designed for dirt bikes) or if you would like to make a purchase of this jack you can find the full details and features on our main website by viewing the RIDE-ON-MX-LIFT Product Page.
