TLR-3 Ladder Pickup Rack

The TLR-3 Pickup Rack has been designed to carry ladders and other rigid cargo that weighs up to 250 pounds, as well as ladders up to 28 inches in width. This side mount only rack is made to carry up to three ladders without having to stack them on top of each other. The TLR3 features a unique bed-rail styled attachment system that requires no drilling into your bed rail, and if you need to, it can be removed from the bed of the truck within a few minutes. Only two holes are drilled, and this is to secure the bottom of the rack to the floor of the bed. The TLR-3 ladder rack features dual width crossbars that measure 20 inches or 28 inches wide. The support height of this rack for your pick up is 39 inches, and it uses 1.75 inches square tubing for the frame. One ladder can be stored in the 4.5 inch-deep overhead with dual ladder supports for a second ladder in the angled secondary position, and the third latter can be hung from the secondary position’s 4.25 inch ladder supports. This ladder rack features six tie down loop points and twelve rope eyelet points. The ladders are secured with the four Velcro straps included in this kit and to the six looped tie down points mentioned above. Each pickup truck rack includes all the necessary mounting hardware and comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.

The heavy duty black powder-coat square-tube steel framework of the TLR ladder rack is mounted to almost all pickup truck bed rails. The steel ladder rack is great for carrying ladders, but it can also carry a variety of things, such as lumber, and will install easily on almost any pick up.

With a heavy duty, all out steel frame, that is constructed from a rugged 1.5 inch square tube, this pick-up truck ladder rack can hold up to 250 pounds of evenly distributed weight over the two 19.25 to 34 inch adjustable frame work arms, and it only weighs 14 pounds. The height from the bed rail to the top of the rack is 35 inches, and with a ladder stop the TLR is extra safe. Being adjustable allows you to customize the rack for various loads. To make sure the ladder rack is of the maximum safety, the 14 pound support arms are able to be detached from the mounting feet for traveling when they are unloaded. The truss-style support ladder rack comes with all the necessary hardware — a ladder stop bracket and Velcro strap tie-downs — for added security. The steel pickup truck rack can hold up to an evenly distributed 500 pounds with an sturdy adjustable support system that was designed to carry anything needed for the job at hand, and weighs a mere 45 pounds. The support system of the truck rack mounts the bed rails and is designed to be 52 inches to 71 inches apart for maximum safety and stability. The pickup truck rack supports measure 31.25 inches high, and the feet of the rack are 13.75 inches long by 2.5 inches wide. There will need to be some drilling to mount the kit to the top of the bed; this is a quick and easy task — you just drill 8 3/8 inch hole in to the top of your bed and mount the rack using the provided hardware.
